All the important offal is combined in this mix and an optimum amount of approx. 1g liver per kg body weight is achieved with 15-20% offal per day! Like all red muscle meats, including heart, for example, it contains a lot of L-carnitine, which plays an essential role in energy metabolism.

The diced pieces of meat can be easily removed and portioned.
