How much fresh meat is actually in the dry food?
Many manufacturers state the fresh meat content before drying—a value that is no longer present in the finished product in that form. We consciously rely on an honest and transparent declaration: In our extruded YOUNG, we list only the dried meat content—the actual amount contained in the food after the legally required drying process.

For better understanding:
1 kg of YOUNG corresponds to a meat quantity of approx. 870 g of fresh meat.

What are FOS & MOS?
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS): FOS are plant fibers, such as the inulin from chicory root. They nourish beneficial intestinal bacteria like Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. The FOS in our YOUNG helps to keep the microbiome in a healthy balance right from the start.

Mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS): MOS naturally support the immune system. They protect the intestinal wall from harmful bacteria and promote the growth of healthy intestinal bacteria.
